What it costs — and why.
HVAC pricing feels like a black box because most companies keep it that way. This page is the whole trick: there is no trick. Here's exactly how an Eden quote works.
What's actually on an Eden quote?
Five things, every time. In writing.
- 1
The diagnosis
What's actually wrong — shown to you, not just asserted. The part, the reading, the photo.
- 2
The scope
Exactly what's included: parts, labor, refrigerant, disposal, permits where required.
- 3
The price
The full number for each option — not a teaser that grows once the work starts.
- 4
The warranty
What's covered after we leave, and for how long, in plain terms.
- 5
The exclusions
The honest part most quotes skip: what would cost extra, and why.
Your options, in writing
Fix / Improve / Replace
- Fixfull price
The least work that responsibly solves today's problem.
Minimum responsible repair — always presented first
- Improvefull price
Worthwhile upgrades while we're already there.
Optional, never pushed
- Replacefull price
The real installed price — not a teaser number.
Only when repair money is better spent on new equipment
Every option includes its full price, scope, warranty, and exclusions — in plain English, before you decide anything.
What does all this cost me up front?
For quotes and second opinions: nothing.
These are the offers we publish, because they're the ones we can keep on every visit.
Free Installation & Replacement Quotes
Planning a new system? Every installation and replacement quote is free and written in plain English — full price, scope, warranty, and exclusions, before you decide anything.
Free Second Opinions
Already have a diagnosis or replacement quote from another company? Bring us the ticket from that visit and we'll review it free of charge — then tell you what we found, what it costs, and what we'd do next.
Free Maintenance Quotes
Get a free, no-obligation quote for seasonal maintenance or Eden Club membership — so you know exactly what protecting your system costs before you commit.
Still skeptical?
Fair. Here are the direct answers.
Why don't you publish flat prices on the website?
Because an honest number depends on your actual system and the actual problem — a price published before diagnosis is a marketing number, not a real one. What we publish instead is the promise: you'll see the full price, scope, warranty, and exclusions in writing before any work begins.
Which quotes are free?
Installation quotes, replacement quotes, and maintenance quotes are free and carry no obligation. Second opinions are also free when you have the ticket from another company's visit for us to review.
What if I only want the cheapest possible fix?
That's exactly why the minimum responsible repair leads every options sheet. 'Responsible' matters — we won't sell a band-aid that's unsafe or that wastes your money twice — but the least expensive sound option is always presented first.
Does financing change the price?
No. Monthly payment options — available on larger installs and replacements, subject to credit approval — change how you pay, not what you pay. They're on the sheet so a right-sized option can fit your budget, never as pressure. Ask us about them when you book.
Take the next step
Turn the number into a plan.
Now that you know what drives the price, here's how to make it manageable — financing, membership savings, and the current offers we can actually keep.
