Questions we hear every week.

Can't find yours? Call (859) 314-0196 — a real person in Lexington answers, and "I don't know yet, let's look" is an answer we're not afraid of.

Q Pricing & Quotes

What does 'transparent pricing' actually mean at Eden? +

It means you see the numbers before you decide anything. After we diagnose your system, you get your options in writing — each with its full price, what's included in the scope, what the warranty covers, and what it doesn't. No surprise line items after the work is done.

Are quotes really free? +

Yes. Quotes for installations, replacements, and maintenance are free and carry no obligation. Fill out the form or call (859) 314-0196, we'll assess what you need, and you'll get a written, no-obligation quote.

Do you offer financing? +

Ask us about monthly payment options during your quote — for larger installs, replacements, and bigger repairs we can walk you through what's available before any work begins, subject to credit approval. It's worth asking when you're weighing a repair against a replacement, because it can change which option genuinely fits your budget.

Q Second Opinions

How does the free second opinion work? +

If another company has diagnosed your system or quoted you a replacement, bring us the ticket from that visit. We'll review it on-site free of charge, then tell you what we found, what it costs, and what we'd do next. Sometimes we confirm the first diagnosis — and we'll say so honestly.

What do I need for a second opinion to qualify as free? +

Just the paperwork (ticket, invoice, or written quote) from the other company's visit, so we can review what they found against what we see. Without it, the visit is a standard diagnostic call.

Another company said my system must be replaced. Should I believe them? +

Maybe — some systems really are at the end of the road. But a replacement is a big decision, and it costs you nothing to have us check. We present the minimum responsible repair first, right next to the replacement numbers, so you can compare honestly.

Q Repair or Replace

How do I know whether to repair or replace my system? +

We frame it three ways: Fix (the least work that responsibly solves today's problem), Improve (worthwhile upgrades while we're there), and Replace (when repair money would be better spent on new equipment). Each option comes with real numbers. Age, repair history, efficiency, and how long you plan to stay in the home all factor in — and the decision stays yours.

Will you pressure me to buy a new system? +

No. Pressure is the runaround we built this company to avoid. You'll always see the fix-it price presented first, you're welcome to take the options sheet and sleep on it, and we'll still be here when you've decided.

Do you work on older homes in central Lexington? +

All the time. Our shop is on the east side, but central Lexington is a ten-minute drive and we are in those neighborhoods constantly. Older 40502-area homes bring their own comfort challenges: limited ductwork, additions, radiator conversions, rooms that never quite condition. We know the patterns and we'll explain what your specific house needs, not a one-size answer.

Q Maintenance & Eden Club

What is Eden Club? +

Eden Club is our private residential & commercial service club. Members get two 30-Point System Check & Safety Inspections per year (one for heating, one for cooling), priority scheduling when call volume is high, an exclusive 10% discount on all services and repairs, and a one-year guarantee on Eden repairs. Residential membership is $145 per year, with each additional system at $60, and monthly payment options are available — full details on the Eden Club page.

Is seasonal maintenance really worth it? +

Usually, yes — and we'll show you why in plain terms. Clean coils, correct refrigerant charge, and tight electrical connections mean the system works less to do the same job. Maintenance visits also catch small, inexpensive problems while they're still small.

When should I schedule tune-ups? +

Spring for cooling, fall for heating — before each season leans on the equipment. Eden Club members get both visits built in, with priority scheduling and slots reserved for members during high-call-volume weeks.

Q Landlords & Property Managers

Do you work with landlords and property managers? +

Yes — rentals and multifamily buildings are a specialty. We coordinate directly with your tenants for access, report back to you with what we found and what it costs before work begins, and keep the paperwork clean for your records.

Can you handle multiple properties? +

Yes. Property managers with multiple Lexington-area units use us as their go-to HVAC partner. One point of contact, consistent written pricing across your portfolio, and maintenance plans that keep tenant complaints from becoming emergencies.

Q Service Area & Scheduling

What areas do you serve? +

We're based in Lexington (2175 Christian Road, Unit #105) and serve Fayette County plus surrounding Central Kentucky — Nicholasville, Georgetown, Versailles, Winchester, Richmond, Berea, Paris, Frankfort, Wilmore, Midway, and Irvine. See the full service area list.

Do you offer 24/7 emergency service? +

Yes — our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, but we operate 24/7 for HVAC emergencies. Call (859) 314-0196 any hour, any day. Eden Club members go to the top of the appointment book during high-call-volume weeks, and available slots are reserved for members when we're busiest.
